Mathurin Ballay: At Edifiz, customer satisfaction is our top priority, and we were looking for a way to provide them with an efficient, simple and entertaining service. Our customers are not only private individuals, but also managers of small and medium-sized businesses, so enabling them to follow the progress of their project in real time, with photos, videos and concrete information, is essential to optimize their own organization and future installation. In terms of image, it's important for us to provide our customers with a forward-looking solution.

Happywait: How did your employees rate the solution in terms of implementation, training and use?

Mathurin Ballay: Edifiz is a small company, so the Happywait solution enabled us to structure our back office quickly and efficiently.The module is comprehensive and intuitive, and very easy to learn.We're not yet using all the possibilities offered by the Happywait platform, such as the dematerialization of documents with notaries, but we're moving in that direction.At Edifiz, we're convinced that the digitalization of the real estate development business is the right way forward.

Mathurin Ballay: First and foremost, we've been pleasantly surprised by the number of our customers logging on to their member area, and we're delighted to see that they're interested in each publication. They also make excellent use of the member area's messaging system, which enables them to follow up on conversations. The feedback we've received so far has been very positive, confirming our choice.
