Happywait: You have been using the Happywait customer area for one year now, what benefits have your noticed since this implementation for EDIFIZ?

Mathurin Ballay: At Edifiz customer satisfaction is our priority.

We were looking for ways to provide them with an efficient, simple and fun service.

The Happywait platform meets our expectations perfectly.

Our customers are private individuals but also managers of artisanal businesses, VSBs-SMEs, which is why we allow them to follow the progress of the work in real time, with photos, videos and concrete information, it is essential to optimise their own organisation and their future installation.

In terms of image, it is important for us to provide a forward-looking solution for our customers.

Happywait: How did your employees like the solution in terms of implementation, training and use?

Mathurin Ballay: Edifiz is a small company, so the Happywait solution allowed us to structure our back office efficiently and quickly.

The module is comprehensive and intuitive.

It’s very easy to pick up.

We aren’t yet using all the possibilities offered by the Happywait platform, such as going paperless with notary documents, but we are moving in this direction.

At Edifiz we are convinced by the digitalisation of the property development trade.

Happywait: What is the feedback from your clients on this new expertise?

Mathurin Ballay: First of all, we were pleasantly surprised by the number of our customers logging in to their member area.

With each publication, we are delighted to see their interest in the published content.

They also make good use of the messaging system in the member’s area, which allows us to follow up on conversations.

The feedback is currently very positive and reinforces our choice.
