In concrete terms, I will be the one to set up the schedule, while helping to ensure that the technical operations run smoothly.

My main objective is to ensure that the deployment is carried out according to your priorities, that the platform is quickly accessible and that it is integrated with your existing tools.

And once the implementation is complete, I will not be abandoning you!

I train your teams to make the most of all the features.

Of course, I’m also available if you have any questions, or need help in using the platform.

Last but not least, I take care to record all your feedback on the product. This allows me to relay it to the technical teams and to contribute to the continuous improvement of our solution as well as to the development of new modules
